Mint grows wildly in our garden here in Galloway. It doesn’t ask for permission — it simply returns each year, spilling over paths and releasing its fresh, green scent whenever you brush past it. There is something about its scent that I can never pass by. I find it instantly refreshing, clearing the mind and leaving skin feeling truly clean.

I’ve always loved that about it.
